Prices shown are the founding catalogue for the first workshops on the grid: the rate you sign at is confirmed with your invitation and locked for your entire term. Every plan is a 12 month term, billed monthly or paid upfront, and cannot be cancelled inside the term. That is deliberate: we set your portal up properly and price it like a partnership, not a gym membership.

Questions

The fine print, in plain english

What is the platform share and what does it apply to?
5% of paid tune work sold through your portal, calculated on the amount the customer actually paid and settled at the moment of sale, so there is nothing to reconcile and no invoice surprise at the end of the month.
Who takes the customer's payment?
You do. Your business is the merchant of record: the customer pays you, the money settles into your own Stripe account, and your customers get invoices from your business. TuneGrid never holds your funds.
Why a 12 month term?
Because onboarding a workshop properly is real work on both sides: your library gets imported, your pricing configured, your portal themed and launched to your customers. The term lets us price that like a partnership. Billing is monthly, or upfront with a discount.
Can I cancel inside the term?
No. The term is 12 months and that commitment is stated plainly before you sign, not hidden in the legalese. At the end of the term you choose whether to continue.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. Setting up your Stripe account is part of onboarding; it is how your money reaches your bank without passing through ours.
Does TuneGrid work outside Australia?
Yes. Business validation, tax handling and phone verification are international. Plans are priced in AUD.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. Request access and ask for a walkthrough: we will show you the platform live before you commit to anything.
