Pricing

Every tune carries a cost and a retail price. Levels shape what each relationship pays, from walk-in retail to trade partners at cost, and the platform enforces the floor so margin mistakes cannot happen.

  • Up to three levels per customer relationship, fixed or earned automatically by spend
  • Per-mod pricing matrix with per-patch overrides for the special cases
  • A hard cost floor: no level, discount or promotion can sell below it
  • Promotions and store credit built in, with a credit cap you control

Money

Your money never waits in our account

You are the merchant of record. When a customer pays, the charge splits at that moment: your share settles into your own Stripe account, and the platform fee peels off automatically. TuneGrid holds no funds, yours or your customers'.
